the energy of the crystals

In the Chakra energy session, Nicole works on each chakra by laying resonating crystals onto each energy centre.  This aids to remind the chakra of the ideal state of health.  This, together with colours, visualisation, meditation and music, assists the chakra to tune itself back into a healthy state.  

It is our personal intentions which allows the energy of the crystals to work with the chakras and Nicole shares her knowledge with you to empower and enable you to carry on doing the work required to actively enhance your own wellbeing on an ongoing basis.
The chakras and the mineral kingdom are both sources of energy and work together by merging our electromagnetic field with Mother Earth’s to restore balance within us. 

Chakra points start at the base of the spine and each chakra is associated with a life lesson. Understanding our energy system assists us in resolving issues which may lead to dis-ease, thus empowering us to address the cause, rather than just the symptom.
